Overview

Neetab ("we", "us", "our") operates neetab.com. We are committed to protecting your privacy. The majority of our tools run entirely in your browser - your files and data never leave your device. A few tools do connect to external services, and we explain exactly which ones below.

Data We Collect

Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/city level). This helps us understand which tools are popular and improve the site. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Cookies: Google Analytics and Google AdSense use cookies. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser or using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .

How Your Data Is Processed

Client-side tools (most tools): Calculators, converters, design tools, text tools, and developer tools process everything in your browser. No data is sent to any server.

PDF to Word and Word to PDF: These tools may send your file to our conversion server (hosted on Railway) for higher quality results. Files are processed immediately and deleted after conversion. We do not read, analyze, or share the contents of your files.

Currency Converter: This tool sends your selected currencies and amount to the Frankfurter API (a free, open-source exchange rate API powered by European Central Bank data). No personal information is sent - only the currency pair and amount.

AI Writing Tools (Paraphrasing Tool, Text Summarizer, AI Humanizer, AI Email Writer, Cover Letter Generator, Email Subject Generator, Bullet Point Generator, Meta Description Generator): When you use these tools, the text you enter is sent to third-party AI providers - specifically Google Gemini and Groq - for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not store the text you submit or the results generated. Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI tools.

QR Code Generator: This tool normally generates QR codes entirely in your browser. If the browser library fails to load, it falls back to the goQR.me API, which would receive the text you're encoding. This fallback is rare.

Advertising

We display ads through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings .

Data Retention

We do not store any user files or personal data. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. Analytics data is retained by Google according to their standard retention policies.

Children's Privacy

Neetab is a general-purpose tool website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
